if its not in the contact then you wouldnt normally have to give it to them.
you can charge them extra for the fla's as it is essentially giving them all the stuff to do their own alts to the site etc which in turn is doing yoruself out of any potential future work.
just explain this to them and set the price you want and thats your normal way of working ;;)
