i like BLT Steak and BLT Prime. It's expensive but it's really tasty. and love their appetizers and other dishes. I've had a Kobe beef there and that was delicious. I usually have a hanger steak there and be cheap.
Steak houses in NYC are definitely overpriced and overrated. It's okay for once in a while but not practical to go every week. When I cook at home, I marinate in red wine, ginger, garlic, salt, pepper, soy sauce over night, asian style!
