did you check their client list?
oh wait, they don't have one..anyway mail them a lawyerlike mail by mail, adressed to sender (that they have to sign of on arrival, dunno the english term for this). Maybe that will scare them a bit.
But its probably a student or being moldavia a turnip farmer.
