  Oh yes, its called Art Rage 2. Maybe you've seen it. I first saw it on a tablet PC which it was bundled with. Its a quirky, clunky little fella, but it has a few good textural quirks that are great if used in conjunction with Photoshop. Its not even $100 its $25 so... GO GO GADGET HEAD. If lots of QBNers rush to buy it can you let them know Studiospooky sent you along, maybe they'll award me a prize like a trip to Hawaii or a cake shaped like some boobs.
