I'm learning japanese through iTunes podcasts.
Just go to the iTunes store, click on podcasts, then select education (or type the language you want to learn) and start checking them out.There are a lot of options, some time many for each language, basic, advanced, conversation, etc. Some are really good, some are crap. But all of them are free.
