Does it save that much time to get pre-cooked ham?

Don't cut the skin off. I still bust my mom's ... Margaret Thatcher's ... about how she cut off my favourite part of the ham one year for Christmas (first world problems!).

Every year I end up saying some variation of, "Please do not burn any celery in the morning, or cut the skin off the ham ... and I'll be the happiest boy in the world."

On second read it's probably just funny to me, but it's my favourite part and she cut all of the skin off and threw it in the garbage, and she was so happy about it because she didn't think anyone liked it, hahahha.

    • a true ham takes months if not years of aging and cold smoking, these dudes aint worth thatmrdobolina
