    As I've gotten older I've grown bored of the gym. Over the last few years I've taken to hiking and mountain biking. Now I'm at a crossroads... since I haven't been in the gym as much I've lost some muscle and gained a little fat and I'm not happy. I'm now full bore back in the gym and feeling great. And I will be full bore back into hiking and mtn biking when the weather warms up. Bottom line, there's no excuse not to work out at least 5 days a week. Personally I'm working out 7 days week right now and it's the best thing ever. Just get your ass out and get active.
