    i used to do something called doing the deck. you get a deck of cards and say red is sit ups and black is push ups you just turn over cards and do the value of the cards. so say a 9 of hearts is 9 sit ups. you can figure out what kind of value you want for face cards. 10 or 11... or whatever. it can be a lot harder than it sounds... try to only what a few secs between cards.

    you probably wont be able to go through a whole deck your first time. especially if you're out of shape. i know i am
