My workouts grew out of my love for jujitsu, which I started practicing to start losing weight my current regimine :
M - Run 45 minutes / Upper Body (Push) Lifting / 5 rounds on Heavy bag
T - Jujitsu / Karate
W- Run 45 Minutes / Legs & Arms / 5 Rounds Heavy Bag
Thurs - Jujitsu / Karate
Friday - Run 45 Minutes / Legs & Arms / 5 Rounds Heavy Bag
Saturday -Jujitsu / Karate
Sunday - RestI usually do this for about 3 weeks then take a few days off tpo prevent overtraining. A lot of times the jujitsu can be very slow if it's full of beginners but saturdays are pretty stressful so I make sure I take Sunday off.
My advice is to find a excercise you love...
The greatest thing I have gotten from excercise is that I am no longer depressed, I used to feel very "gray" in my head. Good Luck!
