    Would be possible to get a die made quite easily and most bookbinders stock sealing wax. If you asked a printed they would be able to put you in touch with a die-maker who could make you a blind that you could press into wax. There used to be a company called London Bookbinders, or Bookbinders of London, run by a slightly odd bloke called Ian. Ian Bailey I think. He could pretty much do anything like this you needed, although his whole attitude throughout your dealings with him would be that he was unsure he could be of any help to you whatsoever. I just boogled him and he's still in business:
