1) Miami, Las Vegas, Santa Fe, or Sedona
2) All events would take place next to the pool
3) Have only old, successful, rich designers as speakers. No one under 50 should be allowed to present.
4) The main theme should be "How to Sell Out Really, Really Big"
5) Invite Carol Turner, Bob Silverstein, Ed Fella, The McCoys, Milton Glaser, Edward Sorel, Al Jaffee, Al Feldstein, Steven Heller, Mary Woronov, Mark Fisher, Jamie Reid, Bryan Ferry, Brian Eno, Jim White, Brigid Berlin, Ralph Gibson, William Eggleston, Vivienne Westwood, Burk Uzzle, George Lois, Michael Carabetta, Steve Jobs, and Julie Andrews.
6) Most design conferences are like a cup of warm piss. Do something grand and off the charts, and you'll be set up nicely.
