Actually, I just rang them... expressed my concerns and the guy I spoke to said he can waive they collection fee...
I suggested dropping it off at an Apple store, but as it turns out I won't need to. I wasn't even that nasty, just said "I can't understand why I should be out of pocket" blah blah...
Result.
The moral of the story? Phone them! Haha.
- Just goes to show that they'll take the piss out of people who don't get in touch though...Raniator
