yeah, it's just 4 days. I'd probably just let it go.
Next time get at least 50% up front. I will not work on new projects without that and a contract (50% up front is a better gesture of good faith than any contract).
I'd suggest doing a 30, 30, 30, 10 break down too. This way, you get 90% of the fee before you hand over the finals, making sure that you are at least mostly paid before they have files they can print from.
If a client refuses to do this, walk.
