No bonus at my new job this year and I left my last job too soon to get my end of year bonus. But I did avoid taking vacation for the entire summer and last months I was there so I'd get a big vacation time payout to make up for it. It was more than an EOY bonus would have been.
New company bonus structure is based on meeting billing target for the year. If I do that, which I should, bonus is 10% of salary or more. So, if I meet that, my bonus next year will be really nice.
