I used to be a bit of a 'phile and bought Sennheisers all the time.
That was until I discovered Sony Fontopia earbuds. They're not /quite/ to the level of my Sennie HD590s, but they're a fiftieth of the size, go right in my ear, I don't notice them, and I can even sleep with them in.
Best part? They're about $50. Best investment I've ever made. Infact, when I dropped my pair in a glass of water by accident, I went out and bought another pair straight away. About as crucial to me as my Microsoft Natural keyboard :-)
