I don't look at the weather on like the moving picture radio box, or the computer ... but Pittsburgh is usually snow free until a few weeks into the New Year.
Just rain and lots of it. It rains here more than Seattle. I don't think it is even close to be honest. Pittsburgh has more cloudy days, and rain laden days than any other American city.
