  very good idea!

  it's disturbing that these warnings come at -15.... People have frozen to death in much warmer weather :(

  • I know! -15 is pretty extreme. I would think the warnings would come out at around -5.czawada
  • True. Maybe the shelters don't have the capacity to open up more at -5, because that would be like everyday? Not sure.Jaline
