A few years back I got stuck teaching a martial arts class for an after school program for an bunch of 5th and 6th graders. After a few weeks I hated it. I love kids, and loved some of the kids in the program, and in small groups I can deal but with a room full of thirty kids whizzed up on soda at the end of a long school day, and you're trying to teach them how to do physical shit, but not enough where they start beating each other up...god it sucked. One kid, Dwayne, I will always remember..you always remember the evil kids names..the good ones are a blur...made me appreciate that primary school teachers don't get paid nearly enough for what they do...and also is behind my justification of eye gouging swarming five years old if I have too..I already got "kids in mobs PTSD"...
