    the deal is 10-15 nters still need to come thru with prints for NTPE 1
    10-12 nters need to send their prints for NTPE 2
    and 8-13 Nters need to be banned as QBN promised that to us since they never sent out prints.

    now its QBNPE? and who is signing up, all those that owe prints??
    unless there is something set where i am guaranteed a print from everyone i just dont want to be part since so many slackers love to join.
