Don't do it. It's pointless institutionalized crap. You can live with someone and have kids with them and love & care for them without a piece of paper. All it really does these days is make it possible for your spouse to take half your shit when he/she leaves. I don't see a problem with just being with someone for a long time and not needing a marriage to prove to others that you are IN FACT in love. Don't do it! Just live together and make children.
