Indesign and overprinting

    I don't use indesign but if you can find no other way to do it, one way would be to make an accurate production ready bitmap of the picture with a halftone screen equal to the printer's output screen frequency. You would need to size and rotate the picture to match how it is used in indesign before applying the halftone screen and also get a best screen frequency from the printer to use. But as a bitmap it should overprint easily. That said though, there should be a menu item somewhere that allows you to set an overprint.
