One of the jazz combos I played in during high school got a gig playing this restaraunt. Turned out it was a huge Republican event. We were pissed. Halfway through Pat Buchanan is standing in front of us munching on sausage balls (yes I get the irony there). We had to restrain the bass player from attacking him. Bizarre night.
