  Having to click each induvidual project for it to scroll up took me longer to realize than it should have. I looked for a scrollbar, couldn't find one. I tried to scroll with the mouse wheel. Nothing happened. I could see there was more content but the page seemed to be broken. Then I went out on a limb and clicked the top of the next project and kazaam it worked.

  I think in general (for a portfolio site) it's very important to stick with standard interface convensions because if your viewer gets the slightest bit annoyed with the site, it's going to get closed pretty instantly. That's if they ever bother to get past the fact that its a popup, its really not necessary...
