  oh I see..
  you are thinking of "podcast hosting" that's why you wanted to know the format, I was asking for "video hosting" in general, I need a lot of bandwith, maybe 1000gb?

  I dont want to put ads on the podcast. thats why I was looking for a video server more than a "free podcast hosting" you know?
