i like this web site and i like this thread. i like the people on this web site and i like the people in this thread even more. i spend a lot of time here but i can never bring myself to ask for design crit or help with a css bug that is slowly driving me insane. for some reason even the nicest of people turn into total cunts in a crit thread. of course there are several people who do genuinely help but i fear the 5 asshole comments for everyone 1 legit response. if i was a pyschology student, i'd like to study this phenomenon. but what i really want to know is: when i have a genuine question, where do i ask without the fear of being berated?
