My 2 cents:
Layout is a bit too chaotic for my taste. I realize you're shooting for lo-fi but this crosses the line into just plain messy. I think you can clean it up by getting rid of the random text on the bottom, and tweaking the appearance of the cart and scroller controls to make them more minimal.
The barbed wire idea is original and neat, but double click on an item seems to not work at times. Cursor should be hand icon for clickable items. On the inner page, make the ability to navigate to other items more prominent rather than hiding at the bottom.
