Anyways, in season 1 Claire had a giant branch stuck in the back of her head, when it was removed she came back to life. I would think the only way to kill Adam will be to be-head him. Maybe he was just trying to manipulate Peter some more. After all, he just wanted to get to the virus, no matter the cost. Otherwise, maybe he actually believes that a bullet will kill him, but I doubt it. The bullet comes out by itself, as witnessed before (in many of the heroes who have died and then resurrected). Or maybe a bullet to the head does kill him? Don't think so, but I can't remember if we've seen that happening yet.
I think he was trying to trick Peter, because we've already seen that something extreme needs to occur before a person with healing abilities will die. I remember when Linderman died. Was it his brain that was affected?
