    I don't like it, but it is a little over-dramatized. It is also unlikely to hold up in the Supreme Court. These sorts of laws aren't new. Similar laws have been in place in the UK for a while. It would be a good example to look at, see how it has been abused, if at all.

    I wish articles about these subjects would give it a more level eye. Running about waving your arms screaming it's the end of the world is self-defeating. I too worry about the current attitude towards civil liberties, but we don't live in a fascist state.
