    yeah...my boss just figured on the rates..i guess he just wanted to here what other folks have charged em for design/webwork before... he's not used to dealing with ad-agencies...most of our clients tend to be banks/financial or healthcare.. don't deal to often with agencies..

    don't know if we're talking about the same company....or if so, don't think all their creative work is handled through texas....that'd be something tho...lol.... if the creative director in New York gets an idea, he has to wait for some dude in texas to make the mock ups?
    that almost sounds like an episode of i love lucy....
