heheh. i am pretty good under pressure. i can keep a poker face and can control my voice pretty well.
the only thing that can give me away really is shaking. my hands and neck will start shaking when i get really nervous or really angry. BUT i know how to beat even that now.
i have found that the best way to do this is by excersizing and flexing my muscles until they are tired but relaxed. so if any of you guys and gals have that problem, now you have Bio's special solution. =)
pushups, neck stretches and flexing your hands around something pliable. works like a charm. haha
