it's been a enormously sad time for me and other redskins fans the past few days (and all sports fans in general).
I live about 15 minutes from Redskins Park where the team practices in Virginia.
The last 2 nights we have been holding vigils for Sean and last night was the farewell vigil. I think 2500 came and paid their respects... one of the saddest scenes I have ever seen.
here is a few pics of the vigil... this 1st one is the most touching.. the man in the Redskins outfit is Chief Z who has been the unofficial mascot of the Redskins for decades.
I have been a Redskins fan since birth and at times this has all been close to unbearable.
