what size?
- issue/price etc (far too close to edge)
- logo is really ambiguous and awkwardly kerned.
- (on the middle one) logo is far too big (its ift not the front cover - try to keep branding to a minimum)
- could help to give more of an idea of whats in it? (unless the idea is NOT to do it - then you need to explain the purpose/concept of the mag)

- not really able to come to a full crit out of half a spread and two covers..
show more - grid system/(or lack of) - contents page - how to photos work in articles (are they always full bleed?)
- the leading is a bit loose on the middle page text..etc etc
(also try to use your own images... - esp for university projects (as it gives you brownie points for extra creative abilities- rather than "i can google scarlett johansson")
