hmm..if you knew all the connection info..which you should have in an email sent by createspaces admins..
on mac..use terminal...just telnet into the server...and use command line mysql to back it up...this is assuming you have access...

I was in a debate to sign with createspace or not..now I can be sure never to send business their way.
