XP home, IE6. dial up.
Looks clean and stylish. The moving circles are subtle and add a nice touch.
I have this same problem on one of the websites I update periodically (which I can't change due to whatever stupid reasons), BUT in "about us", it's hard to know how many "pages" there are. I know it's 2 -- but nice to indicate 1 of 2, 2 of 2 next to the arrow.
Some of the "portfolio" section doesn't work for me. Don't know whether or not it's due to my slow net connection or because it's still a WIP. It would be helpful to indicate whether some of the links are PDF downloads (with maybe a link to download Acrobat Reader)
Overall, looks great!
