Lets see, defamation followed by a posting of contacts for harrassment purposes? Yeah - that sounds like it might be illegal.
Also unethical. Dude - I've had bad clients just like everyone else. You have to get rid of them and move on. It wastes time and energy worrying about that shit.
If you hate the wages you're getting paid, you need to up your prices.
