    Why bother with supplements which only offer you a 'monoculture' of artificial chemical forms of questionable effect and Omega oils derived from ocean plunder, which probably contain dangerous amounts of mercury/radioactive thorium*?

    EPA - oily fish, nuts, spinach, hemp seed
    Lycopene - Anything with lots of cooked tomatoes (from ketchup to tomato puree)
    Vitamin C - Berries or citrus fruit

    ..all with the added advantages of being tasty (oily fish aside..), quite good for you and offering a wider array of beneficial compounds.

    *ok, perhaps no thorium, but ocean plunder all the same - WON'T SOMEONE THINK OF THE DOLPHINS?! *weep*
