Actually, no offense to anyone, as Sound Forge is a great sound editing program, yet ReCycle! by Propellerheads will do it, you cannot use Sound Forge to do it, because it will ruin the pitch and sound of what you want to slow done. ReCycle! doesn't do that, it slices the exact loop or area in which you want to concentrate on and allow you to change the tempo (BPM) according to your specification without losing the intergrity of the sound. ;)
