I love me some roast turkey and pecan pie...but you can keep your sweet potatoes and pumpkin business. Gourds are not supposed to be turned into desserts. That's just plain wrong. It's downright unAmurrican. In fact, gourds in general should be left in the ground to rot and die a slow collective death. And also, sweet taters is the devil's ear wax, that's a well known fact kids.
