there IS non permanent tatooing that tatoo artist do and special shops do.. example: fake tatoos for an actor for a movie. for consitency they just put on this thing that last a few weeks, thats of course hand drawn on with special ink. then alll they have to do is touch it up as it fades.
its very expensive though.
but i was thinking of doing that when i was thinking about getting my first tat.. before i got something permanent. but i never did.. and i never got a real tat either.
