Capsize, for me - not really. It's fucking freezing here, so I can't have the window open (and windows filter out a lot of the uvb), also, my hours are generally shifted and the sun's low in the sky - at best I probably see two hours worth of daylight a day. I'm not for one minute claiming I live a healthy lifestyle.
Besides which, I was hoping I could tan my plod in the privacy of my own home..
