First one, because the S is much more legible as a letterform.
I think you could fit in the strapline a bit better and wonder whether you should increase the height of the initial S and maybe expand the top of the form to match the curves in the rest of your lettering.
Also, and I guess you're still mocking up, the curves feel like they could use a little work- the inner tail could fit better and the major tail gets a bit scrappy towards the ends.
Have you tried it with the 'upport' in the same text size as 'uffield'? - given that it is quite a curvy and loose form, I wonder whether the hard right justification is a bit artificial?
