there's a video of toronto police surrounding a guy with a knife in the street yelling at him guns drawn...then a police car comes up behind him and chases him onto the side of the raod pinning him against a parking meter and then he just drops the knife no questions asked. best way to disarm someone, they could have shot him ten times and no one would give a shit because he had a knife.
