It LOOKS like that man was mishandled, but we don't really know what was going on up there.
Who knows if he didn't pull a deadly floppy disk from his pants?

I agree with the first paragraph - for the most part. When I said that the RCMP officer was ramming his baton into the man - that was probably not true. He was probably condensing it.
I guess we'll find out more information soon enough.
