Amazing, four year out of school, three FT jobs under my belt and nary a contract...though I have gotten "official" offer letters.
At the current gig, I got hired on a Monday and started on a Tuesday. It helped that I was in town. They said I'd have to sign a non-compete, but said contract never materialized.
