    I thought it would be more painful but it's not. The gun irritates and bruises the skin, where the tebori "plucks" the skin so it never "jabs."

    When i had the work on my elbow done, it was a meditation in pain, especially b/c it takes so long, but compared to the gun, tebori is where it's at.

    Yes I have "gun" tats as well.

    Also I don't recommend ever getting tats on your hands, neck or face. It's not a judgement against you, just a recommendment.
