the wife and i did it not too long ago jox. i definitely had more energy but you know... with the whole cleansing thing... keep somewhat close to the bathroom. it's not like a violent action but when you gotta go you should probably not think "hmm... is this a poo or a fart? let me check"

i forget the name of the one we did. it was all natural i believe. started off in the am with a pill. then a spoon full of some powder. then a warm tea with the supplied tea-bag. (totally non sexual)
although i did catch the wife say once while we were drinking tea "ya know, i've heard tea-bags can be put on your eyes and help you...." and at that point i busted in "LETS TRY IT BABY" and fake unbuttoned the pants. haha.
