I would consider plastic surgery a bad idea unless someone who is disfigured, either by birth or an accident, needs work done to avoid looking like a freak.
The trouble is that people think having a slight bump on one's nose or boobs that don't quite measure up to Barbie's proportions as "disfigurement".
Botox is unreal to me – people slowly lose the ability to create facial expressions.
