1st Breakfast - Coffee
5 miles biking
2nd Breakfast - Coffee and Muesli
Lunch - Pasta with tuna, onion, tomatoes, chillies, peas and herbs (huge portion thereof)
5 miles biking
Snack - Apple and / or banana
Dinner - Salad with chicken or tuna OR salad with pasta or potatoes...
Supper - joghurt.
Bed and repeat
that's on ideal days.....
otherwise
taxi 10 miles a day and 4 donner kebabs ;)
