from the look of the lyrics it looks like it would be best suited to an 8 bar form in 4/4 probably a pretty high tempo, I'm thinking 140bpm?

I'm thinking bar 4 will either have to have a really clean rest in it where the noise stops dead, or we repeat the GO FUCK YOURSELF PART.
