i lub me some BLTs.
in related news- i got a smoker last weekend and will be now making my own bacon. have both sides of a full pork belly on order from the butcher and will be smoking it this weekend. maybe tomorrow.
i have done fresh trout from my friends pond, pork sausage and turkey so far.
